There are a few reasons your payment may not have gone through.


Please double check that all the information you typed for payment is correct and that you have enough funds available on the card.


It is also possible that your bank declined the transaction if it suspects it is an unusual transaction for you to make or because it sees it as a foreign transaction.

Make sure to check any notifications your bank may send you if they ask you to verify the transaction.


If your had issues using our primary processor, try again via PayPal processing and vice versa.
